Tuchman also maps out your travel and ticket options, recommends the best hotels, details restaurants and nightlife and relays tips guaranteed to make each trip a success. The 100 Sporting Events You Must See Live is a comprehensive list and travel guide replete with insider knowledge and expert advice, leaving no stone unturned.

The 100 Sporting Events You Must See Live is the definitive resource that you will refer to again and again year after year. There is always a top 100 sporting event on the horizon, and it’s never too soon to plan the pilgrimage.

I have to admit, I am not much of a sports fan.  I’ve been to some sporting events but I have never been to a Packer game…and I’m not a Packer fan.  I don’t say that too loud around here – we live close to Titletown and Packer fans are notorious for supporting their team

That said I found this book very interesting.  My husband is a huge sports fan and has also read the book, highlighting as he went.  The author did a great job of not only telling you what the top 100 events were, but places to stay in the area, how to go about getting tickets (if it’s possible) and what and who to expect.  I would highly recommend this book to anyone that loves sports, travel, or both.

Robert Tuchman is the founder and president of New York-based TSE Sports & Entertainment, a global leader in sports and entertainment promotion. He is a contributing writer for ESPN.com and has been featured in publications including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Times, BusinessWeek, Entrepreneur and Southwest Airlines Spirit magazine. A frequent guest on Your World with Neil Cavuto, Tuchman has appeared on CNN, BET and on the CBS Morning News. He resides with his wife Amy in the Upper West Side in Manhattan.
