My name is Tracee and I am the owner of this site.  I am also a PR Specialist and Tour Coordinator for Pump Up Your Book Promotion.  This is truly my dream job as I love books!  I have been an avid reader my entire life and still am to this day.

I started this site as a way to give back through thoughtful reviews.  I soon found that I didn’t have time to write something every day (although I wish I could) so I decided to bring on some help.  Let me introduce my fellow reviewers:

Meet Julee

I’m Julee, stay-at-home-mom to six amazing kiddos. I am passionate about words as I love to read and write. I enjoy the outdoors: fishing, camping, modified racing (go #72), and the diverse landscape my home state, Utah, extends. I have traveled to the majority of the United States, lived in the West and the South. When I’m not reading, writing, entertaining kiddos or outside, I love to cook–baking especially, sew and create! My life is sometimes chaotic comedy, but it’s the moments I most covet. I am looking forward to sharing my opinion on books here as a Review From Here Book Reviewer!

Meet Kristin

I’ve spent the majority of my life in the suburbs of Philly but spent some time in Elkton, Maryland (home of the famous “Wedding Chapel”) and Akron, Ohio (home of the Goodyear Blimp). I have four children, three teenagers and one teetering on the edge of teenhood. I earned two degrees at the University of Akron, one in history and one in political science. I have always been an avid reader – the kind of girl who would sneak a flashlight under her covers so she could read in bed. Writing has always been my other passion – the student who got excited when a teacher assigned an essay or paper.

My taste in reading is diverse; I enjoy books that range from history to popular fiction, from mysteries and thrillers to biographies. I am a big fan of James Patterson’s Alex Cross series, as well as Patricia Cornwell’s Kay Scarpetta series. Some of my favorite books include The Notebook, Running With Scissors, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, Of Mice and Men, and I Know This Much Is True. As I’ve mentioned, I follow James Patterson and Patricia Cornwell, but also like Chuck Klosterman, Wally Lamb, and Nicholas Sparks, to name a few. I have never read a science fiction or romance novel. I don’t expect to, either.
